Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kochi – Transfer to Munnar (130 km / 4-5 hrs)
- Arrival at Cochin International Airport / Railway Station
- Scenic drive to Munnar – enjoy waterfalls, tea plantations, and misty hills en route
- Stopover at Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfalls
- Check-in at the hotel/resort in Munnar
- Evening at leisure amidst tea gardens
- Overnight stay in Munnar
Day 2 Munnar Sightseeing
- Visit Eravikulam National Park – home of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr
- Tea Museum – learn about tea processing & enjoy fresh brews
- Mattupetty Dam & Echo Point
- Kundala Lake – pedal boating amid pine forests
- Optional: Visit Blossom Park or go for a nature walk
- Overnight stay in Munnar
Day 3 Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar) – Wildlife & Spice
- Drive to Thekkady (approx. 3-4 hours)
- Visit a spice plantation - learn about cardamom, pepper, cinnamon
- Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake - spot wild elephants, deer, and birds
- Optional Attend Kathakali or Kalaripayattu (martial arts) show
- Overnight stay in Thekkady
Day 4 Thekkady to Alleppey – Houseboat Experience
- Drive to Alleppey (approx. 4–5 hours)
- Check-in to a private houseboat by noon
- Cruise through the backwaters: lush paddy fields, coconut groves, village life
- Enjoy traditional Kerala meals onboard
- Overnight stay on the houseboat
Day 5 Alleppey to Kovalam (Beach Leisure)
- After breakfast, disembark and drive to Kovalam (approx. 4.5 hours)
